As my family like edamame, I quite often make this. If some shrimp is added, it becomes more tasty.
Ingredients ½ block of Tofu (about 150g) 100g boiled Edamame 6-8 boiled Shrimps (optional)
For dressing 1 teaspoon sugar ½ teaspoon soy sauce ½ teaspoon tahini About ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Directions 1. Draw off the water of tofu Wrap up the tofu with kitchen paper, and place a weight on the tofu to draw off the water. Put it in the fridge overnight. 2. Make tofu paste Add the tofu and the dressing ingredients into a blender, and process until the paste gets smooth.
